I would like to complain about the attitude of the staff in terminal 3. They are always rude! and whenever I ask where the bus of what i was going to ride to they always just point the wrong bus. They seem not to care about the passengers! no wonder some of the passengers were having mistakes taking the wrong bus. When I was paying on their booth, as if there was no pax they just continue chatting to each other. I am so pissed! specially to the girl who we ask when we were about to ride the bus, she talked to us very rudely! She’s such a bitch to us. small girl, dark skin, big eyes.
